ANNOUNCING a Senior Project Manager (Sr. Project Manager) role at Commonwealth Credit Union (CCU). This role will provide leadership on enterprise-wide initiatives within Commonwealth Credit Union to meet strategic objectives.
According to an approved project charter, you will oversee and lead projects through the planning, execution, and completion phases. You will own the overall success of projects and is accountable to ensure the outcomes of projects are realized and sustainable. This includes obtaining alignment with the sponsor on the project’s objectives, managing budgets and resources, and driving execution and delivery throughout its life cycle. You will establish clear project roles and communication plans and manage the team members' effort and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in a credit union or financial institution environment. Minimum of four years’ experience in project management, preferable in a credit union or financial institution environment. Advanced knowledge of project lifecycles, project planning architecture, and management methodologies. Demonstrated experience with facilitating and managing process improvement and business process redesign is required. Demonstrated expertise with software-related project management activities is required.
