Karl Johnson appointed as COO of eDOC Innovations

Karl Johnson, formerly eDOC VP of Client Operations and Quality Control is appointed Chief Operating Officer at eDOC Innovation, a CUSO based in Middlebury, Vermont. Karl joined eDOC over 20 years ago as an Implementation Specialist and progressed through multiple roles in the CUSO. Along with his extensive knowledge and years of experience, Karl holds an MBA from Colorado State University, PMP from the Project Management Institute and a bachelor’s degree in Technical Sales from Weber State College.
