Designed for leaders responsible for shaping the credit union’s marketing strategy, this virtual roundtable brings together a capped group of peers for open, experience‑driven discussion.
Participants gain dedicated time to step away from the day‑to‑day to explore what’s working today and how fellow leaders are adapting their strategies to address shared challenges. You’ll walk away with relevant ideas and perspectives to bring back to your organization immediately.
What’s On the Agenda?
The agenda is driven by participants to ensure the conversation stays grounded in what marketing leaders are dealing with today. Topics participants have raised include: · Driving new member growth: Where have you seen success in attracting new members, and what strategies have you enacted to retain them?
· Deepening member relationships: How are teams driving engagement and wallet share across the member lifecycle, from youth and first-time members to long-term relationships?
· Balancing brand and performance marketing: How are leaders allocating resources between brand-building and short-term growth goals?
· Data-driven decision making: How are teams using member data and performance metrics to guide strategy and validate marketing ROI?
· Marketing technology and AI: Which tools are delivering measurable value today and what implementation challenges are shaping adoption across marketing teams?
· Aligning marketing with enterprise strategy: How are marketing leaders partnering with executive teams to support broader growth priorities?
If there is a specific challenge, question, or situation you would like to bring to the group, you are encouraged to share it in advance so it can be incorporated into the discussion.
