After a decade touring in musicals worldwide, Marci leveraged a temporary gig in tech support into a long-running career in marketing and sales at two industry CUSOs. Then, in 2019, a call from Rudy Pereira convinced her to join the team at Premier America Credit Union ($3.7B, Chatsworth, CA) as their Chief Experience Officer.
Today, Marci oversees marketing and business development; deposit product development; data insights and strategy; community give-back; and governmental affairs – a long way from her days (and nights) living out of a suitcase while she toured the world performing Broadway musicals! She is particularly passionate about financial wellness and the potential of data to improve the well-being of communities.
