What’s On The Agenda?

This roundtable is designed for credit union marketing leaders focused on growth, brand, and the evolving needs of the next generation. With attendance capped and conversations segmented by focus area, you’ll join a peer group that understands the shifting demands of today’s marketplace — and what it takes to build strong, relevant brands that attract and retain members.

Expect thoughtful discussion, real-time feedback, and space to share what’s working across markets and member segments.  Topics already on participants’ minds include:

  • Attracting younger members: What marketing channels, messaging strategies, and product positioning are helping credit unions reach and resonate with younger audiences?
  • Brand relevance: How are credit unions evolving their brand voice and visual identity to appeal to Gen Z and millennials without alienating core segments?
  • Digital campaigns and social media: What’s working to drive engagement and conversions through digital channels, and what’s falling flat?
  • Financial education: How are marketing teams delivering meaningful, accessible education to younger members in ways that build trust and loyalty?
  • Partnerships and community engagement: How are credit unions showing up in schools, on campuses, and in local communities to build awareness and connect authentically?

The agenda is driven by you and your peers, ensuring every conversation is timely and actionable. Have something specific to discuss? Let us know in advance.

Who Should Attend?

This roundtable is intended for the senior-most marketing leader at your credit union — whether your title includes CMO, vice president of marketing, or director of brand or growth. If you’re unsure who should attend, we’re happy to help identify the best fit.

To keep the discussion focused and dynamic, we ask that no more than two people attend per credit union.
