True Sky FCU had an important realization – employee success is often tied to how well staff members understand ongoing changes in technology, member expectations, the market, and more. With that in mind, after converting from its core processor of four decades, the cooperative launched a transformation team, dubbed Change. Grow. Transform. Team members act as a conduit, soliciting feedback from colleagues, as well as sharing information to help employees better understand the “why” behind changes occurring at the organization.
As a result of this initiative, employees are now more aware of change and involved in a companywide conversation, and True Sky has been able to keep a pulse on the attitude of its workforce and the pain points employees face.
