LAWRENCEVILLE, GA (December 2, 2024) – The Peach State FCU C.A.R.E.S. Foundation recently announced that its 2025 scholarship program is now open accepting applications. The Foundation will be awarding over $277,000 in scholarships and educational grants.

Dogs are known for their ability to provide emotional support, reduce stress, encourage physical activity, and foster social connections, which makes them invaluable in helping disabled Veterans through programs like Hero Dogs. Located in Brookeville, Maryland, Hero Dogs trains and provides service companion dogs for active military, Veterans, and first responders in the Washington, D.C.

Coastal Credit Union recently delivered nearly 11,000 school supplies to 29 Elementary schools throughout the counties that the credit union serves.
