Ontario, CA (May 22, 2023) – Humanidei is pleased to announce the addition of a new role—Project Manager— to be filled by Ciara LaVelle. Humanidei is a people operations consulting firm focused on helping credit unions become more inclusive, especially through talent attraction, development, and retention.

LaVelle joins Humanidei after almost 11 years with Pheple Federal Credit Union (Greensburg, PA). She began her career at Pheple FCU as a Member Services Representative, and most recently as its DEI Officer/Branch Manager prior to joining Humanidei. She holds a bachelor’s Degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, and is a Certified Diversity Professional.
In her new role, LaVelle will contribute to our mission of building a more inclusive credit union system by maintaining structures and systems that help us deliver a high level of responsiveness to our clients and the candidates who depend on us. This includes supporting our Executive Recruitment, DEI Consulting Services, and Executive Coaching practices while providing marketing and outreach support to our clients and candidates.
