The Gulf Winds Cares Foundation is partnering with the University of West Florida’s Louis Maygarden Center for Financial Literacy to educate students and community members on first time homebuying. The workshop will be led by Katrinka Phillips, Mortgage Loan Originator at Gulf Winds Credit Union. The workshop will take place from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, in Conference Room A at the UWF Conference Center. Attendees will learn about the homebuying process and be empowered with information that provides a pathway to homeownership.
