To keep up with the continued growth of our organization and the personal well-being of our members, we are excited to announce that we are developing an entirely-new loan servicing department. In addition, we are proud to announce the promotion of Kimberly Kanehailua (ka-ne-HAIL-u-ah), formerly collections manager, to director of loan servicing – where she will help centralize, strategize and optimize all loan servicing operations with the development of the new department.
