Christopher Dalman is a seasoned technology leader with over 22 years of IT experience, including 11+ years working directly with credit unions. With an MBA in IT Management and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, he has a strong background in aligning technology with organizational goals. As VP of IT Operations at Harborstone Credit Union, Dalman implemented cloud migrations, enhanced security platforms, and developed talent, driving innovation and operational excellence. His expertise in IT strategy, security, and leadership positions him to advance Valley First Credit Union’s mission of delivering superior service and innovation.
