Connect. Collaborate. Leave Inspired.

In an ever-evolving industry, one mission remains constant: empower members and strengthen communities.

Callahan’s in-person roundtables bring together credit union executives from across the country to exchange ideas, tackle current challenges, and explore what’s next — all while keeping members at the center of every decision.

There’s no substitute for the energy, insight, and collaboration that happens when leaders come together in person. And this year, we’re bringing that experience to Washington, DC.

What to Expect?

Every roundtable is attendee-driven, meaning the agenda is shaped entirely by the executives in the room. While topics may vary, here’s a snapshot of what’s top of mind for CFOs and other financial leaders:

  • Industry Outlook and Positioning: How is your credit union adapting to economic shifts, competitive pressures, and regulatory change while staying true to its mission and member focus?
  • Driving Sustainable Growth: What strategies are helping your organization achieve meaningful growth and long-term relevance in a rapidly evolving marketplace?
  • Elevating the Member Experience: How are you anticipating member needs and rethinking delivery models to strengthen relationships and expand access to financial well-being?
  • Culture, Leadership, and Talent: How are you shaping a culture that inspires excellence, supports employee well-being, and prepares your teams for what’s next?
