Tower’s President and CEO Rick Stafford says the recognition reflects the credit union’s people-first culture and the employees who help create it every day.

Tower earned the Great Place to Work credential based on extensive ratings provided by employees who participated in anonymous voluntary surveys about the credit union’s initiatives, leadership, and overall direction.

Employees highlighted Tower’s welcoming atmosphere, supportive culture, positive workplace environment, and access to the resources and training they need to succeed in their jobs as key reasons for their high ratings. Many also cited Tower’s community impact, especially through the TowerCares Foundation, which supports military service members, Veterans, and children in need.
