In January 2021, Callahan & Associates worked with the HR team at Georgia’s Own Credit Union ($2.9B, Atlanta, GA) to draft an HR Compensation Survey that covered key areas like compensation, bonuses and incentives, minimum wage, retirement, and benefits offered at various levels across the organization.

In all, 177 credit unions completed the survey, and the results can be used to help credit unions evaluate and compare their compensation plans to the industry standards.
