4 HR Scenarios To Avoid At All Costs

The AMC hit series Mad Men has produced seven seasons and plenty of cringe-worthy "oh no" moments for human resource professionals everywhere.

Before I joined the staff at Callahan & Associates, I was actually the director of human resources at Sterling Cooper & Partners, nee Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, nee Sterling Cooper in the 1960s and 1970s. (I know, I know … I think ‘ve aged well, too! )

Although I currently spend my days helping employees navigate the tricky waters of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and searching for hires on LinkedIn, my previous responsibilities were different very different.
