The Micro Member Experience is our way of adding a personal touch to our services. On occasion, we reach out to our members with small gestures that make a big dillerence. Whether it’s a handwritten note, a personalized financial tip, or a surprise token of appreciation, these moments are to remind members that they’re an integral part of our OceanAir family.
Kiana has been a beloved member of our credit union family since she got her very first job in 2023. Now, she’s stepping into an exciting new chapter — heading off to her first year of college at Cal State Fullerton.
To celebrate this milestone, we surprised Kiana with a small gift to send her off with love and encouragement: a cuddly Fullerton panda bear to keep her company and a Starbucks gift card to fuel her study sessions. It was our way of saying “thank you” for letting us be part of her financial journey and to remind her that we’re cheering her on every step of the way.
Moments like these remind us of the impact we can make in our members lives and how meaningful it is to celebrate their milestones. We’re proud of Kiana and can’t wait to see all the amazing things she’ll accomplish.
