A member recently visited our main branch to take care of a VISA card issue. While waiting, she had to leave abruptly for work and accidentally left without the card. Unfortunately, she was babysitting several children and was unable to return during business hours. One of our representatives stepped in right away, de-escalating the situation and reaching out to additional staff to explore possible alternatives.
After confirming with the team, the representatives determined instant-issue card was the only available solution. Without hesitation, another staff member volunteered to make the trip and drop the card off at the member’s location. They delivered the card to the member, ensuring she could continue her day without further interruption. The member was relieved, grateful, and deeply appreciative.
This moment showcased incredible collaboration across departments. Everyone worked together to find the best solution for someone who needed us. It’s a true reflection of who we are as a credit union. We go above and beyond to make sure we put our members first.
