Driven By Dreams. Supported By Western Vista.

Western Vista Federal Credit Union

Juan arrived from Mexico searching for the American dream. He spent decades in the United States on a work visa and met Nathan, a member of our team, through his landscaping business. Nathan manages Western Vista’s indirect lending program and is bilingual. Juan speaks English, but like many non-native speakers, he is more comfortable speaking in Spanish. As he has with many others, Nathan built a relationship with Juan and eventually referred him to the credit union.

Like many new citizens, Juan had limited credit history, which made securing a traditional auto loan difficult. Our team worked with Juan to find a vehicle that fit both his family’s needs and his budget and helped him secure a loan so he would have safe, reliable transportation for his family. The day Juan and his family drove away in their new truck, the joy on his face said everything. I’ll never forget the smile on his face.

I am so proud to work for an organization that is proud to walk beside its members every step of the way. Moments like that remind us why we do what we do. At Western Vista Credit Union, our mission is simple: Your finances. Our focus. And for members like Juan, we mean every word.
