Language Support Fosters True Inclusion

Priscilla’s commitment to language support is more than a job — it’s a way to build genuine connections. She uses bilingual support regularly in her role, making sure every member feels welcome and understood.

Priscilla had the chance to deliver holiday gifts to a family adopted by iQ. The mother’s gratitude was overwhelming, and her children’s excitement — running to hug Priscilla and share their Christmas lights —turned a simple delivery into a moment of joy and belonging. And when a member came in asking for someone who speaks Spanish, Priscilla was able to help. The member was so appreciative that she began traveling from Everett, WA, to Vancouver just to do her banking with Priscilla. That ongoing relationship is a testament to how thoughtful language support can break barriers, build trust, and foster true inclusion.
