When a mother visited the branch to request a loan for her son’s funeral, a team member took time to listen as she shared memories of her 20-year-old son and the impact he had on others. Our team took time to listen and offer support during an incredibly difficult moment. After assisting with her financial needs, the team member wanted her to feel supported beyond the transaction. Flowers and a memorial bracelet were sent in honor of her son.
