Representing 18 U.S. states and one Canadian province, these rising professionals are stepping into a dynamic leadership experience designed to sharpen strategic thinking and accelerate their impact.

CUES and TruStage® today announced Leadership Pathways, a yearlong, integrated leadership development experience designed to expand access to advanced leadership preparation across the credit union system.

Applications are now open for the 2026 CUES Emerge leadership development program. Offered in partnership with Currency Marketing, CUES Emerge was designed to equip rising credit union professionals with the skills, confidence, and visibility to accelerate their careers. There is no cost to participate.
