A forward-thinking technology executive known for driving innovation and operational excellence, Adcock joins BFCU at a pivotal time as the organization continues to evolve its digital capabilities and expand its impact across the Commonwealth.

Adcock brings a proven track record of aligning technology strategy with business objectives to drive growth, efficiency, and member experience. Most recently, she served as Chief Information Officer at MAC Federal Credit Union, where she led enterprise-wide technology, cybersecurity, and digital banking initiatives that enhanced operational performance and increased digital adoption.
Building on this experience, she has held senior leadership roles within credit unions and financial services organizations, leading complex technology transformations, modernizing core systems, and building high-performing teams aligned to strategic priorities. Her experience spans digital banking, enterprise systems, data governance, and information security, positioning her to guide BFCU’s continued innovation and growth. She holds an Executive MBA from Washington State University, a Master of Project Management from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Huntingdon College.
