Ontario, CA, November 10, 2025. Humanidei has announced the addition of Katy Zaleski as its new Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant. In this role, Zaleski will partner with credit unions across the country to design and deliver leadership development programs, facilitate strategic planning and governance workshops, and advance organizational effectiveness through people-centered transformation.

Zaleski brings more than a decade of experience shaping organizational culture and driving leadership and professional development. Most recently, as Vice President of Human Resources at Simplicity Credit Union, she led the Human Resources, Training, and Financial Education departments, advancing culture, career growth, and operational excellence—helping the organization earn national recognition as one of the Best Credit Unions to Work For.
Her career reflects a deep commitment to the credit union movement and the philosophy of people helping people. Beginning on the front lines as a Head Teller, she progressed into IT and Human Resources leadership roles, implementing strategies that elevated employee engagement, strengthened workplace culture, and developed future leaders. She has also shared her expertise globally through her work with the African Confederation of Cooperative Savings and Credit Associations (ACCOSCA), facilitating programs on leadership, governance, and emotional intelligence.
Zaleski earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Women’s Studies from the University of Minnesota and serves on several nonprofit and credit union boards, including the Wisconsin Credit Union League’s HR Council Advisory Board and the Marshfield Area United Way Board of Directors.
