The Illinois Credit Union League (ICUL) has created its first Young Professional Associate Director position on its Board of Directors to elevate emerging leaders and strengthen engagement across the state’s credit union movement. Following a competitive selection process, Jordan Harcharik, Training and Development Manager at Streator Onized Credit Union, was chosen as the inaugural appointee. Harcharik will be sworn in during ICUL’s Annual Meeting on April 14 in Springfield, bringing her experience in staff development, financial education, and young professional leadership to the statewide role.
