National Cooperative Bank (NCB), a leading financial institution serving cooperatives, their members, and socially responsible organizations nationwide, is pleased to announce that Thomas H. Klump has been named its new Chief Operating Officer after the retirement of Kathleen Luzik who had been with NCB for 31 years.
Prior to being named Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Klump was the Chief Information Officer for NCB managing, directing, and executing all technology strategy and operations, software development, project management, data governance, process improvement, and vendor and third-party risk management across the organization.
