Humanidei Welcomes Carolyn Reeves as Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant

Ontario, CA, February 17, 2026. Humanidei has announced the addition of Carolyn Reeves as its new Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant. In this role, Reeves will partner with credit unions across the country to design and deliver leadership development programs, facilitate strategic planning and governance workshops, and support leaders and organizations in aligning strategy, culture, and people practices to drive sustainable impact.

“Carolyn brings a deeply people-centered perspective to leadership and organizational development,” said Jill Nowacki, President & CEO of Humanidei. “She understands how leaders, culture, and strategy intersect and knows how to work with organizations in ways that build trust, clarity, and momentum. With deep experience in the credit union system and a genuine respect for the people behind the work, Carolyn strengthens our ability to help credit unions lead with purpose.”

Reeves brings more than 18 years of experience in the credit union system, with a focus on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and people-centered transformation. Most recently, she founded and led Carolyn Reeves Consulting, a coaching and consulting practice serving credit union executives, boards, and leadership teams. Through her work, she partnered with organizations to strengthen leadership capability, advance culture, and align strategy with long-term organizational goals.

Prior to launching her consulting practice, Reeves spent 16 years at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, where she served as Vice President of Learning and Talent Development. There, she led enterprise-wide leadership development and talent initiatives for more than 3,000 employees, facilitated executive- and board-level strategic planning, and guided organizational design and succession planning efforts during periods of growth and change.

Throughout her career, Reeves has remained deeply engaged in advancing the credit union movement. She has designed and facilitated leadership programs, coached women CEOs through the CU Women’s Leadership Alliance, mentored Credit Union Development Educators, and spoken nationally on culture, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness.

Reeves holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Credit Union Development Educator.

“I’ve spent much of my career working in and alongside credit unions, drawn to the people, values, and sense of purpose in the movement,” Reeves said. “Humanidei’s focus on humanity and inclusion reflects how I approach this work, and I’m excited to join the team and continue supporting credit unions in this new role.”

Reeves’ addition strengthens Humanidei’s commitment to helping credit unions build inclusive, people-centered organizations that support strong leadership, healthy culture, and long-term impact.
