At Logix, our WOW Program allows employees to go beyond transactions and create moments of genuine care. When a member came in confused about her account, she shared she was experiencing memory challenges after losing both her daughter and her mother. The member felt embarrassed when she couldn’t recall details, but the team member patiently walked her through the account until everything was sorted and reassured her, she had nothing to be ashamed of. The member shared her mother’s and daughter’s names and showed pictures of them to the team member. Moved by her story, the team member later sent a necklace with pendants of her daughter’s and mom’s initials so she could always feel them close to her heart.
