Looking Closer Made All the Difference

Logix’s WOW Program encourages team members to look beyond the surface and advocate for members. While helping a member review her account, a team member noticed suspicious activity and took extra time to investigate. The review uncovered unauthorized charges made by a caregiver. The member shared she had undergone back surgery and had limited mobility. Additionally, because of her vision challenges and mobility limitations, she had difficulty reviewing her statements regularly. She mentioned wishing she had an easier way to hold her phone while walking and a way to better see her account details. The team acted quickly to protect the member and secure her account. To support her independence moving forward, the team member also sent an around-the-neck phone holder to make daily tasks easier and a handheld magnifying glass with a light so she could more comfortably read her statements and stay on top of her finances.
