A new member recently visited our Buffalo branch to learn more about who we are and how we can help. What began as a conversation about refinancing an auto loan quickly revealed an opportunity to offer a more competitive rate. Not only were we able to save the member money on their vehicle loan, but we also helped them consolidate existing debt and provided one of our credit card options.
In total, we refinanced more than $50,000 across the auto loan and credit cards, creating meaningful financial relief for the member. The experience left such a positive impression that they shared it with their family, and several of their siblings have since become members as well.
