A member came to me with a very low credit score and limited income. Her mother had passed away the previous year, and she was still living at her mother’s residence. The member needed help navigating the probate process and was able to gather everything required from probate before coming back to complete the loan process.

We were able to assist the member with probate costs and the expenses needed to repair the well and septic system at the home. We also helped transfer the mother’s home into the member’s name and repair the issues with the home so she could move forward with selling the property.

The member was in the process of losing her mother’s home when she came to see me and was distraught and in tears. We were able to help her in a situation where no one else could. The member’s credit score has since increased, and she still stops in to show her appreciation.
