Credit unions are a financial services option different by design. So why not show members what they are a part of right from the get-go?


In a February post on CU Insight, site contributor and credit union consultant John Vardallas encouraged credit unions to take a page out of the Green Bay Packers playbook and issue members a certificate of ownership upon joining the institution, thereby solidifying the brand that our credit unions are financial cooperatives completely owned by the members.
