Alexandra Gekas

Alexandra Gekas is the Vice President of Marketing & Engagement at Callahan & Associates. In her role, Alexandra oversees the firm’s communications, events, and editorial content — no small feat considering Callahan serves more than 750+ credit unions and suppliers across a suite of analytical tools, networking and educational events, print publications, and websites.

From the moment she started as an intern at Callahan, Alexandra displayed a deep dedication to the ideals and goals of the credit union movement. As a senior leader at the firm, she embraces opportunities to get to know industry trailblazers through hosting Callahan’s Executive Roundtables and sharing valuable perspectives as a speaker at industry events like Financial Brand Forum and CUWaterCooler.

Callahan founder Ed Callahan once said, “Embrace change. Love change. Do it for members’ lives.” This is what Alexandra strives to do every day. She is a voice for credit unions that work to improve the financial lives of members. Helping credit unions fulfill their mission is what pulls her out of bed every morning. As a young leader building relationships with others in the cooperative financial services industry, Alexandra values hard work, problem solving, and collaboration. She believes a little of all three goes a long way toward achieving success.
